MY REVIEW ---- 5+ STARS * * * * * * 
I  knew from the second we meet Sawyer in Fighting Temptation I was about to fall hard. Let's be honest here I am a book boyfriend whore- No secret there, However those cocky, funny book boyfriends always make me melt and grin like an idiot. *SWOOOON* and Sawyer Evans was no different- actually he was different. Yes I swooned and had the goofiest smile on my face every single time I read this book and the scenes he was in, in the other books in this series. He is the funny, cocky, dirty mouthed one. He's not an over the top alpha male but he is an alpha male in his own right and he has so much to him that unravels throughout the story that he hides well.

This is the second book in KC Lynn's The Men Of Honor series and This is Grace and Sawyer's story. Sawyer is the cocky, sexy navy seal while Grace is the beautiful, sweet southern belle. Sawyer Evans could charm the clothes off any woman. So when Grace seems immune to that smile and charm Sawyer throws her way it's kind of hilarious seeing how it frustrates him a little but if anything, Sawyer Evans is persistent. 

Grace Morgan is the sweetest thing ever, seriously, in every way. When we get to meet her in the first book there is just something about her. She is so sweet (seriously she bakes pie's too) - there was something about her that pulled at my heart  strings and I was drawn in and needed to know more about her. Grace hasn't had an easy life and you couldn't guess it - she has the biggest heart and it kind of makes you want to cry for her because she is so strong, you kind of want to grieve for her and with her. She is so strong though, even though she isn't confident as the other ladies the girl can hold her own.

Grace and Sawyer are perfect for eachother. Both these characters are so strong yet vulnerable and they can only let the vulnerability out with eachother and it's beautiful. Each story in this series will hold something special for me but this one really struck a chord with me. I get so emotional with this one, even long after reading it I get a huge smile on my face thinking about it. Sexy Sawyer was exactly that, he was sexy as hell cocky yet sweet and sensitive. Grace was the cutest darn thing every time I hear that name or think of this book I am going to hearing that southern accent - (I am a bit in love with everything southern.) I fell hard for these two, for this story.


This was beautiful, hilarious , sexy and beautifully emotional. This is the kind of book you get lost in and never want to leave. You want to be in these characters story and not want to leave and you want to know these people for real. Sawyer and Grace will just be that story that will never leave me and I'll always revisit it -and I very rarely re-read. This series has the power to make a real impact on your life and K C Lynn is without a doubt one of my favourite authors.
