I can't praise this enough. It blew me away. Giving the best review I can without giving any spoilers.
More Nix and Kadence?? UHHH YES PLEASE!
Ok so If you follow River and her books you will know how kick ass she is. Paradox focuses on the Knights rebels, And mostly on Kadence and Nix. It is parallel to Incandescent the first book in River's Knights Rebels MC series. You can read as a standalone but you will benefit the most if you read Incandescent. If you have read Incandescent your about to go on the ride of your life of a total mind fuck.
Without spoiling anything, this is will totally blow your mind, read as a standalone or in parallel to Incandescent. River is a genius. So talented!! There are so many twists and turns. so much shock and awe, that you just couldn't have guessed, ever. I'm pretty sure the more I got lost in this, the more I held my breath, hanging onto every word. And didn't let out a breath until the very last word.
For me Paradox was all about, (without being captain obvious here), it was all about What Ifs. We all wonder about them, we all think about them. Paradox gets the reader thinking and raises the question, Is a person born evil?
do they simply just have bad luck teamed with making bad choices?
When love is involved do we get a choice who we love, really?
Can a slight decision we make change the course of our life?
